"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Cozy cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and toilet gloves, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a high lockable shelter, usable covered or uncovered with free access.
