The Casetta del Podernuovo

Nice and cozy accommodation on the second floor of our house consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a terrace. The accommodation enjoys maximum independence and privacy. The base price for two people includes only the double bed of the apartment, but we also have the possibility to take advantage of the rooms available on the lower floor: contact us to find the best solution together.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Through the accurate restoration, the house is well equipped to ensure to just a few guests absolute confidentiality, independent and comfortable stay.
