Cozy apartment with lots of light and tranquility at night. Optional crib for infants and attached bed for third person. Refurbished windows that during the day, let you see and keep the intimacy inside. Neighborhood with very affordable restaurant offerings. Everything else you need, it's possible. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

Fully conditioned/heated. 3 bedrooms (double beds), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a sofa, an equipped kitchen combined with a dining room. A backyard and 2 terraces with magnificent views of the sunrise over the sea and the sound of waves. BBQ party with sea breeze. House swimming pool, garage. Easels for creativity. Garage-no problems with parking.

L'ESCALA: Charming fishermen's house on the seafront, with unbeatable views, very close to the village and the main beaches of L'Escala. It is a ground floor house from the early twentieth century, very well preserved and with traditional and cozy decoration. It has 2 large outdoor patios with tables, a pool and a barbecue. It also has free parking for guests. Ideal for families to enjoy the beautiful village of L'Escala all year round.
