Porumbacu treehouse is the perfect place for a vacation, immersed in a small forest right in the heart of Porumbacu, a mountain village in Transylvania. Two rivers cross the property and you will wake up very day in a deep green landscape. Escape from the busy weekdays life and find the relaxing and quiet way of living. In addition, in the front yard there is our Transylvanian guesthouse where you will find other facilities for a pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, wifi barbecue, kiosk, etc.

The apartment is part of a traditional transylanian farmhouse, with a private entryway. The rooms are freshly restored and offer a cozy and calm ambiance. Breakfast is included and consists of delicious, organic and local ingredients, most of them actually being produced on the farm, that you are welcome to visit. Farm to table dinner is available as well, upon request beforehand (at least two days before arrival). We make equisite cheese, butter, charcuterie and other delicious treats.

Inside, you will find brand new luxurious furniture and utilities. Our village is situated between Brasov city and Sibiu city, 2 km to the national way DN 1, 15 km to the faimous roud "trasfagarasan", 15 km to the highest mountains in Romania.The house is an old house wich preserves the atmosphere of the 1900s, the furniture has over 100 years old. It is a good place to experience the original peasant life in the middle of Transylvania. Here it is a good place and a easy way to discover our Country, our culture and our life.

Beautifully located in Fagaras county, in Ucea the Jos village, at the foot of the highest mountains in Romania, Casa Bunicilor is an old transilvanian house, brought to life to offer to its guest the perfect place for a relaxing getaway in the heart of Transilvania.
