Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Die hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung bietet Platz für zwei bis drei Personen. Offen gestalteter Küchen- und Wohnbereich mit angenehmer Atmosphäre, geräumigem Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und das 6000 Quadratmeter große Grundstück grenzt mit 3 Seiten an einen märchenhaften Wald, gelegen zentral in Kärnten und nur ca. 3 Kilometer von Velden am Wörthersee entfernt. Im Haus befinden sich 2 Wohneinheiten zu denen je ein Parkplatz gehört. TOP:2 ist eine kleine komplett eigenständige Wohnung, die über eine Außentreppe erricht wird. Dazu gehört ein wunderschönes, geräumiges Schlafzimmer eine kleine Küche und Bad das alleine benutzt wird.

Kleines Appartement für 2 Personen. Breite Türen, Dusche und WC barrierefrei, gut geeignet auch für ältere oder gesundheitlich beeinträchtigte Menschen. Auto kann direkt vor der Eingangstüre geparkt werden. Gegebenenfalls auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Appartement befindet sich direkt am Bahnhof Rosenbach. Zugang zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln direkt vor der Haustüre. Trotzdem sehr ruhige und abgeschiedene Lage. 12km nach Velden Wörthersee, 12km bis zum Faakersee.
