Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. From March 2017, our vacation home Zeelandrust is for rent on the beautiful island of Walcheren, just 2 kilometers away from the beach of Zoutelande. The house is next to our arable farm, but not so close that you will be bothered by it. Around the house is a terrace with unobstructed views of the dunes at the front and beautiful sunsets in spring and autumn. The dunes of Zoutelande are 2 kilometers away. Outside the holidays, it is also possible with breakfast (in consultation).

This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those looking for nature, privacy, minimal distractions, and tranquility. The garden is visited by many birds, from small to large. From the buzzard to the little goldcrest and lots in between. With two separate bathrooms a plus for two couples/friends, family.
