Lovingly furnished 45 m² apartment on Pfänderhang with private entrance. Bright and cozy with the best views of Bregenz and Lake Constance. Nice seating in front of the apartment to enjoy the sunsets. Ideal as a starting point for hiking and day trips around Lake Constance or in Vorarlberg. Private parking is available. The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

An open living space features a minimalist kitchen with modern black cabinetry and high-quality appliances. A dining table surrounded by four chairs is positioned next to the kitchen. A cozy seating area with an earthy color palette is visible, enhancing the overall spaciousness.

Only 10 minutes from Bregenz and Lake, we offer a spacious apartment, with terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenzerwald. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a side bed for infants, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
