A dream place in the Sierras de Minas , a virgin land of 21 hectares, four of them of aged trees, eucalyptus, aromas, ombus, pines and acacias. Olive plantation and fruit trees. Loaded by a waterfall that descends from the mountain and meets a branch of the Santa Lucia River, with waterfalls flowing through small waterfalls. Apartment with excellent location in the so-called Zero Kilometer of the city. Near Cathedral, Intendancy, cinema, theater and major shops. The apartment is internal, but it has an air well that has both bedrooms and the living room, it is very quiet and safe. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and the possibility of using a sofa bed.
