Διαμερισμα που μπορει να φιλοξενησει ανετα 3 ενηλικες . Το κτισμα ειναι χτισμενο πρωτο στο παραλιακο μετωπο και περιβαλλεται απο παρκα. Ειναι δε απεναντι απο το λουνα παρκ και απο την σταση του ΚΤΕΛ Χαλκιδικης.
