Zomer of winter, wie bij ons logeert kan alles combineren....actief zijn in de omgeving of genieten bij ons, en relaxen in onze Oosterse geïnspireerde tuin. Zelfs in de winter super ontspannend en gezellig....de houtgestookte sauna staat ter uwe beschiking mits kleine vergoeding, winter en zomer, met zalig geurende opgietsessie, thee, fruit en als gewenst klankschaalbelevenis. ...een heerlijke jacuzzi met massagejets en 2 ligplaatsen staan ter uwer beschikking.. alles om even te herbronnen.

Modern furnished cottage with stunning views of the Kumtichse fields, with large southern terrace. Located at cycle junction 12, in the middle of field bike paths to Tienen, Lubbeek, Leuven, ... The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dining room, 1 bedroom with double bed and separate toilet and bathroom. On the mezzanine with TV corner there is the possibility to create 2 sleeping places. Proxy Delhaize and public transport within walking distance.

Vous apprécierez ce logement récent, au calme, situé dans un chemin vert, son confort, sa luminosité, sa superbe cuisine full équipée, son parking privé juste à côté de l’entrée avec chargeur pour véhicule électrique. Parfait pour un couple ( lit pour bébé ) ou voyageur seul. Le quartier est résidentiel mais à 500m de commerces, restaurants, arrêt de bus, 1km du golf de Waterloo, 20 min de Bruxelles et Louvain-la-Neuve. 8% du loyer correspond à la location du mobilier.

Kom tot rust in dit ruim en stijlvol gastenverblijf met privé badkamer en eigen keuken. Je kan er ook je werkplek van maken. Er is een gratis parkeerplaats en een veilige fietsenstalling. Tijdens je verblijf kan je gebruik maken van 2 fietsen. In de buurt kan je wandelen en fietsen langs de knooppunten. Het centrum van Mechelen ligt op fietsafstand (4km), het station is vlot bereikbaar. Planckendael en het recreatiedomein van Hofstade zijn in de nabije omgeving.
