Private kitchenette in the living room with cooking facilities, water and fridge. Bathroom with washing and drying facilities. Central location, only 13 minutes by car to Trondheim city center, or 1.6 km to walk to City Syd shopping center. Bymarka, 12 min w/car away, offers great hiking experiences in both summer and winter. Good bus connections. Possibility for parking in the driveway.

Bright and cozy apartment in Byåsen

We rent out a newly built and bright 1-bedroom apartment in the basement of our townhouse. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is in-floor heat and balanced ventilation in all rooms. It comes with parking space for passenger car on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is a 5 min drive by car or about a 20 min walk away. To the city center in Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find ample outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

Bus to the city center with frequent departures right down the street, and walking distance to the train station. Access to large parking area.

Frequent departures to, for example, Trondheim city center or the shopping centers at Tiller. Great hiking opportunities with proximity to nature and Bymarka.
