Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The fortress is spread over 4 levels. The ground floor consists of kitchen, fireplace and small bathroom. On the first floor is the dining room. On the second floor there is a double bedroom. On the third floor a bedroom with a bed from a square and a half and bathroom with shower and washing machine. hydro-pellets heating for harsh winter months The tower offers an enchanting view of the historic center of Fiumalbo and the surrounding mountains. Outside the house there is a large garden.

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

The apartment, located on the third floor, modern and bright, is equipped with all comforts, the spaces are spacious and tastefully furnished. A beautiful living terrace allows you to enjoy alfresco meals or a simple aperitif or coffee. Il Castellare is in a panoramic and quiet location north of the village of Mammiano. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs.
