The house has 2 high chairs & very other that make it easier for families with families with children. Only 10 minutes walk to Smögenbryggan, shopping, swimming areas, restaurants, grocery store& located on quiet street. Glazed patio with sea view & large back with dining area. Great villa (230 sqm) is rented in quiet and pleasant area. Walking distance to the beach. Nice for two or large family/friends. Party and event not allowed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, stove and cooking plate. Pets are not allowed. Been a dog in the house. Electricity car charging after agreement. Wi-Fi included. Bed linen not included , to be booked upon agreement. NOK 250 per person. Recent water leak. Missing paint finish. There are two rental objects on the property. Rented independently.

Large and spacious house where two floors(240 m²) are at the disposal of our guests. The house is decorated with new and modern furniture. The living rooms equipped with Samsung 65 and 75 "TVs. Porch, balcony and garden belong to the house. The house is located next to Gothenburg's largest park Slottsskogen and the Botanical Garden. Close to restaurant dense Mariaplan and Linné. Tram stop next to the house takes you to the city center. Two car spaces are included in the rent, more are available to rent if desired.

Lovely and spacious country house in the picturesque fishing village of Grebbestad on the west coast of Sweden. Sea view, two large terassases & a large lawn for recreation and play. Close to the sea (400 m) with jetty and small beach. Beautiful surroundings. 5 min by car to the village (25 min walk) with several nice restaurants. Great area for family and kids with many organized activities, play parks, sports (paddel, tennis, beachvolley, minigolf, scubadiving). Large shopping center nearby
