Acquafredda is a small hamlet just 8 km from Maratea old town. You’ll love my place because of the peace and tranquility, our patio, the abundance of nature, the remoteness and the wonderful beaches. Of course our house is also wonderfully comfortable! perfect for couples and families

Tartaruga house is located at Marinagri resort, distant 5 minutes from Policoro and 45 minutes from Matera. It's a beautiful and spacious flat with a view on the sunset up of sea lagune and Pollino mountains. There is a luxury, well equipped kitchen inside and an additional outdoor kitchen on terrace. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and another two bedrooms on the upper mezzanine floor. You need just 10 minutes of walk to arrive to the equipped beach or to the turistic marine port.

Beautiful villa on the sea completely renovated and equipped with all the comforts! The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of four rooms with air conditioning, TV and fridge all with en-suite bathroom. There is a fifth bathroom with washing machine, living room patio room where you can have lunch with sea view!The garden is available to the three apartments of the Villa as well as the hot tub! Treat yourself to a holiday in comfort and in a paradisiacal setting!!

Parking is available in place. Car rental or bike rental can be arranged (depends on availability)

pied-à-terre for a beachfront vacation in the sun and sea! A small 35 sqm apartment with an upstairs terrace to relax and enjoy the sun and the Italian sea. Bedroom with double bed, TV, and wardrobe. Living room with a single sofa bed and kitchenette. Full bathroom and last but not least… beautiful panoramic terrace with patio. It takes 1 minute to be on the beach. Just go down the stairs for three floors and cross the waterfront road.
