100 sq. meter apartment, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, large living room and two bathrooms: the main one and a service bathroom. We have a double bed, two single beds and a very spacious and comfortable armchair bed. A spacious kitchen and dining room where guests will be very comfortable. We also have an internal garage in the building with direct access to the entrance hall. It has an additional cost of 15 USD. Located in the northern part of the city of Rosario, in the Arroyito neighborhood.

It is close to Pichincha, an area with many bars and restaurants, close to Bv Oroño and 3 blocks from Shopping Alto Rosario, Metropolitano and Bioceres Arena, where concerts, conventions and congresses are held. Two blocks from the Salones Puerto Norte. Coachera within the building.
