From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Happy Betti is located on the first floor in a courtyard in the historic center in the old port area. The central location allows you to reach bathing beaches and the vaporetto dock for Portovenere or Palmaria Island (available from July and throughout August) in a few steps. A small house dating back to 1600, hidden in a suggestive corner (reachable only by stairs) of a small and characteristic village of the high Fezzano. In the green hills between Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia from above, the house has been completely renovated, but still retains the original wooden ceilings and the ancient nineteenth-century grit floors.
