Accogliente e curato appartamento sul mare dalla meravigliosa e imperdibile vista. Tilly si trova nel paesino di Le Grazie, vicino alle splendide Cinque Terre, alla romantica Portovenere e alla meravigliosa isola Palmaria. Al 4° e ultimo piano con ascensore di un edificio privo di barriere architettoniche, recentemente ristrutturato. È composto da due camere da letto, ampia sala, cucina, servizi igienici e uno spettacolare terrazzo che lo circonda interamente. Posto auto in parcheggio privato.

The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

This newly renovated cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls. The whole living space, which includes an entirely equipped kitchen, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere.
