A little dream by the sea

One step away from the house there are two protected beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and just 15 minutes from the surfer paradise just 15 minutes away. 2.8 km away by car is the village of La Graña, where there are bars and just 15 min. by car is Ferrol with supermarkets, pharmacies or any other need. San Felipe is famous for its castle, which can be visited for free.

Very well located house, ideal for groups or families of up to 11 people, with the particularity that it is functional for the disabled because it has an elevator from the garage to the top floor and ample spaces. It is close to the University and has supermarkets, restaurants, shops for shopping nearby, or simply take a walk through the center or the port, which is only 10 minutes away. It is 200 meters from the Navantia Shipyards, which makes it ideal for workers on the move
