Fully furnished and equipped Double bed, new high quality mattress White Einbauküche with Siemens appliances: Oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooker, Dishwasher, crockery and kitchen utensils Nespresso machine, kettle Satellite TV, stereo system sunny balcony with table and deck Only 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn S6 (35 minutes to Munich train station), easy access to B2 / A95 to Munich. Business of daily needs and also doctors in feet wide. Quiet location close to conservation area, the lake is 20 minutes walk We live in the house ourselves - we speak German, English, French and Spanish! And some Italiano, too! die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet worden. Möbel aus Eiche und Naturstoffen für das gute Gewissen und der Freude an Behaglichkeit geben euch den Rahmen für einen erholsamen Aufenhalt. Ihr habt einen eigenen Eingang und könnt wenn das Wetter es erlaubt, auf einer eigenen Terasse frühstücken oder auch grillen. Selbstverständlich haben wir eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle und Nespresso Kaffemaschine. Fernseher ist obligat und für die Analogen von euch steht eine Bibliothek zu Verfügung.
