Ideális kis kuckó egy párnak vagy egy személynek akik idelátogatnak munka vagy családlátogatás, más programok miatt. Teljesen központi 1 hálószobás lakás ahonnan gyalog minden elérhető, a buszpályaudvartól 1 percre. A hálószobából nyílik a kis mosdó zuhanyzóval, így inkább 1-2 embernek kényelmes, wc külön van. Másik helyiség egy nappali konyhával egyben, edényekkel, tányérokkal, hűtővel, tűzhellyel felszerelve. Itt van egy kihúzható kanapé ahonnan lehet tévézni de 1-2 gyerek is elfér aludni.
