The house is new with all modern amenities and nicely furnished with a home office. There is a grocery store, fitness center and pizzeria in town. The house is not suitable for small children. A car is a necessity.

It is close to Aarhus city center, so most of the great experiences in Aarhus are only 6 km away. The house is 1 km from the beach and on the roads there is a nice bakery, ice cream shop and several restaurants.
