Our space is romantic and modern ,it is a simple but of character. It is close to the center and beach ! You can walk to supermarket, farmacy, beach and bus stop, train, I'm an openminded person, respectul , you will be warmly welcomed !
Il B&B è posizionato in zona collinare, panoramica, a pochi km dal mare in un antico paesino chiamato NOVILARA in posizione strategica, a pochi km da Fano e Pesaro vicina alla Romagna (Cattolica Gradara Riccione). il B&B è attrezzato per cicloturismo. Per quanto riguarda la colazione è a self service ed è previsto un extra di € 10 per utilizzo cucina ai pasti.
La struttura si trova in prossimità del centro storico di Fano e dalla spiaggia, raggiungibile in bicicletta. L’interno è stato completamente ristrutturato. La camera Family 3 ha un letto matrimoniale, 1 divano letto che può ospitare 1 adulto o 2 bambini e un armadio. Il bagno dotato di doccia è in comune con la camera accanto. Wifi, mini frigo, ventilatore e tv. Giardino e parcheggio interno. Ammessi animali domestici.

Very nice, clean and new bathroom. The beautiful surprise was the breakfast: the managers of the structure prepared the croissants, the homemade cakes (delicious).
