Schöne Spazierwege - ideal auch mit Hunden. Schwimmbad, Thermalbad und Ärztezentrum im Ort. Tierarzt in der Nähe. Aber auch für Reisende, von/nach Süden via San Bernardino (A13) eignet sich die Unterkunft Mimosa. Einfaches, selbständiges Check-in/Check-out. Aussenparkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Beautiful, quietly located apartment on farm

Are you looking for a way to recover from everyday stress? In the middle of the Grisons mountains in the beautiful Prättigau is our very quietly located, excellently furnished apartment. It is located at 1450 m in the middle of a great hiking area, which turns into a snowshoe, sledding, skiing and touring ski area in winter. A mountain restaurant is within walking distance. The Postbus, which connects us with the nearby village, stops right in front of the house.

A cozy living area is highlighted by wooden paneling and warm lighting. An inviting gray sofa is paired with two green accent pillows. A round wooden dining table sits next to a chair, with a window offering natural light and a view of the outside.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village of Pragg Jenaz and is ideal as a starting point for many summer and winter activities. Within 15 - 30 minutes by car you can reach the well-known ski resorts such as Grüsch Danusa, Fideriser Heuberge or the Davos Klosters cable cars by car. Due to the elevated location of the apartment, you can enjoy a nice view of Prättigau. The apartment is also suitable for children.

Charming apartment with a great view

This charming apartment, furnished with everything you need for a relaxing vacation, is located in the village center of Fanas, a very sunny mountain village in Prättigau, located at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The property is a former stable that has been converted into a cozy "Stöckli" and thus feels like a separate cottage. The Stöckli is right next to an old Walser house, which the landlords themselves live in.

A charming entrance to the property is surrounded by blooming flowers and greenery. Stone steps lead up to an arched doorway, with pots of plants accentuating the sides. A seating area is visible on the right, offering a peaceful spot to relax in nature.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
