We have beautiful views over the water and of the Muizenberg Mountains. Surfers Corner Muizenberg is less than 5 mins drive away. We have SOLAR - so weather permitting, no load shedding issues affecting this home! Solar-heated pool, three sundecks and a terrace upstairs with lots of sunbeds, lounge furniture and a swing chair.
