Almost where the road ends, you'll find our cozy cottage 🏡 with a secluded plot by the stately oaks and untouched nature. With a nature reserve outside the property, in summer, our sheep 🐑 and cows 🐄 graze in the meadows. Start the day with a swim in Lake Tjen. A private dock, 300 meters from the property, by Lake Tjen 🌊, 2 rowboats 🚣 🚣and 1 canoe 🛶. The charming cottage has three rooms and a kitchen with a wood stove and tiled stove with toilet and shower. For rent per week (change Mondays) summer time. Otherwise, at least two days in a row.

Our quiet and stylish house is centrally located in Åtvidaberg with walking distance to swimming, golf course, shops, restaurants, forest areas and many other activities. The detached house is located on the plot of our larger residential house with access to patio and parking. In the nearby area, there are many excursion destinations. Close to Linköping, Norrköping and Västervik. About 2.5 hours to Stockholm and about 3 hours to Gothenburg. The house is best suited for the adventurous/active couple or small family. You can fish freely as much as you want. Hike or just enjoy the quietness of the forest West-facing deck for lovely evenings grilling accompanied by the fallow deer Excursions to the coast, Kolmården and Astrid Lindgren's world Åtvidaberg has one of Sweden's finest golf courses. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are not included.

Lakeside cottage in cozy village with walking distance to country shop. with ICA To Go, pharmacy representative and Systembolaget representative as well as Qstar. Access to rowboat, fishing waters and cozy walking paths. Municipal swimming area and multi-arena, distance 600 meters. The nearest town is Valdemarsvik, 1.5 miles. There is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a small TV room with a sofa bed for two. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer and stove with oven. Toilet indoors and outdoor shower with hot water.

Cozy accommodation on a farm

Your stay with us has everything you could wish for. In an hour, you can get to Astrid Lindgren's World or Kolmården Zoo, Old Linköping is half an hour away. Nature is beautiful with the unique oak landscape. We see fallow deer daily and if you are lucky, the sea eagle may fly by. Our large lake system with swimming areas and canoe rentals. There are several nice golf courses to choose from. If you want, there is the possibility to book a sauna by the pool. Here you can greet horses, sheep, chickens and ducks.

Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna, about 1 hour by car to Astrid Lindgren's World and 1.5 hours to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a smaller crawl space with a single bed are on the upper floor along with a toilet. Downstairs, there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for families with children or larger groups!

The house is 50 m2 with one bedroom with two beds and living room with bed sofa for two. A lovely terrass with bbq and sun beds with view over the lake. Bathroom with toilet and shower with hot water. 15 min from Åtvidaberg, 45 min from Linköping. Close to interesting sights in Östergötland. Many golf courses close by, Åtvidabergs Golf Club only 10 min away.
