That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Gamlestova at Juv

Juv is much more than just a house and a bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna on Juv and Gamletunet on Juv. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky follow a tourist boat on its way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire up the stove, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound of the wood stove nearby. NB! Outdoor hot tub and car charger are not included in the rental price.

Contents: hallway, laundry room, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna, 2 living rooms and kitchen. (Beds: 180 cm, 150 cm, 150 cm, 140 cm and 140 cm). Large terrace surrounds the cabin. Cozy cabin right on the seafront, with the fjord as the closest neighbor. The cabin consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, hallway and loft. Plus, there is a great barbecue house. Here you can enjoy quiet days at the fjord or you have a good starting point for getting around the many sights and activities the area has to offer. The cabin can be used throughout the year, summer and winter. It takes approx. 10 minutes by car to Stryn city center. To Loen Skylift about 15-20 minutes.
