The cabin is sheltered in a small cabin area. Large plot, with sun from morning to late evening. Living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 half baths, plus a laundry room with a shower on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms and a loft living room in the loft area. The loft has standing height in the center. All amenities and Wi-Fi/fiber. New outdoor area with large patio, jacuzzi, and enclosed garden room.

The hiking shoes you can lace up on the stairs, and there is a short way to prepared ski slopes that, among other things, takes you into family-friendly Grytdalen. If more urban needs arise, the alpine village of Oppdal with alpine facilities and a rich commercial, leisure and cultural offer is a 15-minute drive away. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)
