Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. The house is rural, it is about 85 sqm, it is 2 km to the nearest swimming, everything is within 15 km. No events/parties, Max 4 people, not under 25 years, no smoking indoors, no pets are allowed, but there have been animals before. Access to the cottage no earlier than 4 pm, departure no later than 12 pm. Bed linen and towels, duvets, pillows are available. We are very keen that the house should be clean and nice and want the person who rents from us to leave it as they get it. Neighboring house about 40 meters away. Tjörns Golf Course 3 km

Wonderful cottage with a sunroom that has a sea view

We are renting our cabin which is a real pearl all year round. The location is perfect with 5-10 minutes walk to salt baths and nice viewpoints. With the car you get in 20 minutes to Marstrand and 35 minutes to Gothenburg and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated during the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a patio with terrace that has a sea view. The house suit families with children, friends and couples. Max 4 adults but more if they are children.

This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.
