We would have a discussion about the impact of prohibition on our city that led Montréal to be known as the Sin City of the North during the cabaret era. Among different adult subjects, we will discuss about the opium trade, the gambling industry, the red light's activities and…

Where you'll be

The tour will start at the conference centre of Montreal which is just outside of Old Montréal and beside a metro station. The 20 to 30 minutes walk tour will start toward the chinatown. The tours will continues toward the our entertainment district on St-Laurent street and on Ste-Catherine street which were the heart of the red light district. The tour will end on St-Denis street which is known as the Quartier Latin of Montréal.
