If you are are looking for an authentic experience and love healthy, artisanal ice-cream, book it! we surprised our gourmet teenage daughter with this experience and Paula made sure it was a super special event, including her favorite flavor in addition to the local, must-have, seasonal and unique tropical fruits. Gracias Paula for sharing your knowledge and making it eat interesting and delicious!

This was a unique opportunity to learn and create. I gained an appreciation of the slow-food culture as it pertains to the making of natural ice-cream. Paula is knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking and charming. I left with a sense that, with not too much effort, I could make ice-cream in this manner. It also opened my eyes to the consequences (physical, monetary and social) when we choose convenient and processed foods from our stores.

Booking and communication were easy. We had no trouble finding the location, and Paula couldn’t have been any nicer. We got to try a variety of flavors of ice creams that we would not have found on our own. Very fun evening!

If you love ice cream, it is a good experience to make your own, in this handmade artesanal old-fashioned way! The history, basics and reward of using simple ingredients to make ice cream was enjoyable.
