About your host

I am a triple certified yoga and meditation teacher who has taught in New York City and Paris for 15 years. I teach alignment based vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga. Having studied french and literature at the Sorbonne and in the States I am a committed and knowledgable Francophile. Paris is basically my best girlfriend and we go way back.

What we’ll do

I will be leading a calm and cozy slow flow yoga and restorative class of just over an hour, to rejuvenate our mind and spirits during the busy holiday season. Followed by a brief training in walking meditation. Before setting out on a festive walk to Montmartre (about 1hr walk) and departing our gorgeous and intimate little studio in the St Germaine neighborhood, we will have some fresh pressed…

What else you should know

The yoga class will include a short slow and then mostly precise standing and restorative that will release tension, improve breath and energy and prepare us for our walk.

What I’ll provide

Fresh pressed organic juices will be provided after the yoga class by Vert Vert Jus.
Yoga mats, towels and equipment are all provided for at the yoga studio.

What to bring

Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable on the walk. Good walking or sport shoes, hats and scarves if it cold, an umbrella if it is raining.
Comfortable and cozy sport clothes for the yoga class.
