What you'll do
This is the one that's fun!
The original Brian The Tour Guide Tour.
THIS IS THE ONE!
Expect a few laughs, a few chills, and a little morbidity.
A walking tour of no more than 10 guests. We’ll get to know each other at the top of the tour--where everybody is from, what other tours they’ve been on, interests, and such. Your host will customize a walk to include everyone’s interests, ghostly, morbid, or historical. Once underway, we will walk about 1.25 miles (2 km) along the sidewalks of the French Quarter. It won’t be like a death march -- there will be plenty of stopping as we share the stories of the homes, businesses, galleries, and alleyways along the way.
Along this walk your host will share legends of ghosts, werewolves, vampires, Voodoo, witchcraft, pirates, serial killers, and whatever else comes to mind. We always sneak in some history, architecture, and such -- you won't even know it happened.
COVID 19 POLICY
We want guests & hosts safe. Guests greeted by host wearing a clear face shield. Guests should maintain 6 feet between pod groups. Host will provide a paper mask or wear your own. All guest will be expected to wear a face mask. Guests receive a new set of earbuds, new lanyard, & a sanitized receiver unit. The host will have a mic. Guests can hear the host via earbuds & receiver hung around neck. Only the receiver unit will be returned at the end
Other things to note
You're in New Orleans, and we highly recommend making some poor life choices while you're here -- we're not judging. But pleasGe avoid getting too 'lit' prior to this or any tour...maybe just a buzz. :-)
Gratuities are always appreciated.

I’m Brian, and the French Quarter is my home. I’m a natural born storyteller and know the real New Orleans -- its history, its folklore, and its legends. I share the stories that have been passed down over hundreds of years the way our bartenders and grandparents told them to us. I’m passionate about sharing my city with others in a lighthearted and 'drunk history' sort of spirit. I had a midlife crisis and instead of buying a sports car or Harley, I quit my real job and became a full-time tour guide and raconteur. I now focus on recruiting and teaching others to follow their passions and share our city. We now have several hosts that are high-energy, funny, and charismatic speakers. Point is: expect to be entertained as well as informed. Click below to see profiles and reviews.

Where you'll be
Most likely, we'll visit notable locations such as Pirate's Alley, St Louis Cathedral, Jackson Square, Muriel's, the Old Ursuline Convent, the LaLarie Mansion, Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop, and Madame John’s Legacy. Even the Andrew Jackson Hotel where we meet is haunted AF. Additionally, there will be many moments we might just stop and share a random fact -- That's called a lagniappe (lan-yap) in New Orleans. . .A little something extra.

Brian’s tour was a fun and fascinating look at New Orleans. Imagine going out for drinks with friends, and hearing the wild, weird, and interesting history of the city from a local who clearly loves his home- that’s this tour. Brian was deep well of New Orleans history- we asked questions relating to architecture, history, drinks, and he was able to give us the low down (or juice as we called it) for it all. Highly recommend!!

We were given earphones connected with a device so we can hear Brian from a distance. This was great social distancing practice.
Overall, very happy with the tour. 😊

Brian is that person that as soon as you meet him, you want to be his friend and get drinks with him and just talk to him for hours. This is the second tour I have booked with Brian, and I cannot recommend him enough. He is gregarious, hilarious, and welcoming to all, and pairs that with a fantastic local knowledge of New Orleans and out of this world story telling. Take any tour with Brian. Who cares the topic, it will be worth every penny.
