What we’ll do

This experience will take place in Modena ... the city of balsamic vinegar, tortellini , Ferrari and Pavarotti. Depending on the season, during the experience, once the fresh pasta is ready, we will decide the various types of pasta to create, tagliatelle, priletti, tortelloni with pumpkin, tortellini in broth and passatelli. What I’ll provide

We will taste the types of pasta we have prepared, accompanying them with wine, vegetables, fruit and dessert
Local wine, water and espresso coffee
In the morning I will come by car to the train station in Modena. In the evening I will take you back to the train station
After lunch we will visit Piazza Grande, the Duomo and the Ghirlandina, heritage of Humanity, under the protection of UNESCO
We will use only extra virgin olive oil of my production. We will taste it with bread
On their arrival, guests will find an aperitif based on Parmigiano Reggiano and balsamic vinegar
