What we’ll do

After meeting at north gate of JR Tabata station, Yamanote-line (The main line in Tokyo), we move to my private kitchen studio. We start the class with the lecture about Japanese cuisine & lifestyle. Then, we start cooking Ramen broth and soup from the scratch! In addition to Ramen, I'll teach how to make crispy and juicy "Gyoza pizza" which looks like a beautiful flower as well as Today's side…

One-way taxi to my studio
I'll pick you up at JR Tabata station. *The return trip is not included. You can walk to the station. It takes about 15min.
