What you'll do

Join us for a virtual slumber party - an hour of collective self-care to reset, restore and learn how to bring self-care into your everyday. This will be a fun and informative session where you can explore 4 unique practices to bring into your day. No prior experience necessary, just a curiosity to find balance and calm.

We will start with an intro to self-care and the various types, and explore 4 practices together. You’ll learn about self-care using breath, movement, body and energy through Breathwork + Meditation; Yoga; Mindfulness and a virtual Reiki session. You’ll leave with ready to use practices to immediately bring calm into your everyday and increase your wellbeing.

How to participate

  • Join a video call
    Download Zoom for free on a desktop or mobile device. After you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join.

What to bring

  • Your curiosity and yourself.
  • Your favorite drink (i.e, tea, juice, water) and a small snack (chocolate, popcorn, etc.)
  • A pen and paper or journal
  • Comfortable seat, a couch, or some floor space
  • A mat or something to lie on.

More tips

Best viewed on a computer. Phone or tablet will work too. Indoor or outdoor space where you can relax with minimal interruptions. Helpful props: pillows, bolster or roll up towels/blankets. Comfortable clothing for light stretching and relax (PJs!). A small snack or beverage. Pen and journal.
