Had an awesome time! Final product came out tasty and the salsa.. simple but delicious! Graciela threw in facts about Mexico City which was fun to learn. Can’t wait to try a taco class next.

I absolutely loved cooking with Graciela. The Chile Rellenos were absolutely fantastic, and because I made them at home, I was easily able to make them gluten free! I learned all kinds of great techniques and I can’t wait to make these again (especially to impress dinner party guests!) I would recommend this experience to anyone that loves delicious food!

We made two kinds of salsa using different techniques in our experience with Graciela. It was fun and the end result was delicious. Today I bought the ingredients to make more salsa on my own! The experience was very well organized. Graciela was a gracious and skilled host.

I did the class with my 8 year old son. He was delighted with the experience, as was I. Gaby gave us great attention and support as we navigated the cooking steps which involved some fast frypan work with tortillas. It was fun to learn new dishes and eat the fresh cooked food.

This class was awesome! We made chilaquiles with red sauce and enchiladas with green sauce. The food was AMAZING. Gaby was our teacher and she was super sweet, patient, and her instructions were very clear. I am already planning to sign up for the al pastor taco class and the chile relleno class in December! Thanks!!

I learned to make two wonderful dishes from scratch. I had a small amount of experience cooking Mexican food but I learned such a lot from this amazing experience.
