What you'll do
A sample structure of the class: 1. Arrival (5 min) - Time for tuning in the space, arriving and setting up an intention. 2. Yoga inspired Mobility Flow. (50 min) - Practice based on Breathing, Postures and Movement. - Development of attributes such as Strength and Flexibility as well as Coordination and Rhythm. - Joint mobility focused on spine, hips and shoulders as well as whole body stretches and tension release techniques. 3. Partner Stretching. (10 min) - Through partner work, we will target specific energy lines, muscles or joints in order to help release tension and improve the flow of energy through the body. 4. Final Meditation (10 min) - Stillness and embodiment of the benefits of the previous practice. Closing what has been opened.
Franco, from Peru, is a self taught Movement Practitioner, traveller and scientist. He travels the world to learn from different masters in their fields and build a unique approach to training and wellbeing that he likes to share in workshops, festivals and events that promote the joy of movement. He has been practicing from Parkour to Capoeira, Somatics and Dance and has been researching the body and movement in general since 2010.
