Our beautifully renovated 140 m² design apartment is located in the charming village of Münsing, just 2 km from Lake Starnberg. Bright and spacious, the apartment opens onto a large wooden balcony with panoramic views of the Alps and, on clear days, all the way to the Zugspitze. A wonderful setting to start the day overlooking the mountains or simply enjoy the peace of the Bavarian countryside. The apartment features a generous living room with a comfortable lounge area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a bar, and three inviting bedrooms — two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and WC, an additional separate WC, and a washer-dryer. Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Everything you need is within walking distance in Münsing, including a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors and several excellent restaurants. Just a few minutes away, Lake Starnberg is perfect for lakeside walks, cycling and water activities. The nearby Alps offer countless opportunities for hiking, day trips and, in winter, days in the mountains. The location offers the best of both worlds: the peace and charm of a Bavarian village surrounded by nature, while Munich can be reached by car in approximately 35 minutes. Whether you are visiting with family, spending a few days with friends, looking for an escape into nature or simply wanting to slow down and recharge, the apartment offers a spacious and peaceful home away from home in one of Bavaria’s most beautiful regions. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Vacation home in Gaissach

Our apartment is located 50 km south of Munich in Gaißach. With very good transport connections (30 minutes from the A8, 5 minutes to the train station), it is ideal for hiking, skiing or swimming. In the apartment on the second floor of our new building, you will find a bathroom with shower/bathtub, as well as two (and if necessary another) bedroom. Furthermore, a spacious kitchen with balcony invites you to cook and the living/dining room to enjoy. Your Arlet family

Only for 1 or 2 Persons (included Children)! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
