El apartamento se encuentra en la histórica "Casa Bochaca" situada en el centro del pueblo justo al lado del puente románico. La casa se reformó íntegramente en el 2000, manteniendo la esencia original de antaño pero con las comodidades de la construcciones actuales, potente calefacción, equipada con todos lo electrodomésticos y wifi. Este apartamento es tranquilo. Todo exterior. Consta de salón/comedor con cocina americana, balcón con vistas , sofá, smart TV. La cocina viene equipada con nevera, lavadora, microondas, vitrocerámica, utensilios para cocinar, cafetera Nespresso y tradicional. El baño es completo. Dispone de dos habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y que tiene un pequeño balcón exterior y la segunda con dos camas individuales. Fantástico piso en el centro de Sort de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños. Distribuido en una habitación de matrimonio tipo suite, una habitación doble y una tercera habitación infantil con cama individual y posibilidad de hacer cama supletoria. Cocina americana totalmente equipada (lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora, microondas, horno, cafetera nespresso…). Comedor muy confortable con Smart TV, chimenea y balcón con vistas a la calle. La finca dispone de ascensor y parking. Internet wifi 5g.

Precioso Granero en un valle & rio

El granero dispone de un salón comedor con cocina negra, una habitación con cama doble, altillo con dos camas y sofá cama en el salón. También tiene doble ducha con ventana para poder admirar la naturaleza mientras te duchas. Chimenea, piscina y rio. Y un entorno con un conjunto monumental formado por una iglesia románica con cripta, un cementerio modernista y poblado íber a 5min. Espectacular! A 5 min un restaurante rural y a 10 min el pueblo/ciudad.

The Borda de Costuix is located in the middle of the mountain, 4 km from Àreu, and at an altitude of 1723 meters. The cabin offers spectacular views of emblematic peaks such as Pica d'Estats or Monteixo. We live in a society where complexity has become a part of our lives. Time is passing, and we are moving forward. Basic things like tranquility and simplicity have been forgotten. However, here in this beautiful corner, you can listen to the silence.

Complete rural house with three floors in Gerri de la Sal, for 6 guests, all exterior, fully restored and equipped, with a beautiful patio. The strong point of the house is its magnificent location beside the Noguera Pallaresa river, with incredible views as you can see in the photos. In the river one can bathe, go rafting or kayaking. The environment is great for excursions, for example to Arboló, Collegats, Moncortés...

Unique loft with private kitchen and bathroom, and with right to the pool and garden. It's located in a quiet residential area, near la Seu d'Urgell (3km) and only 30 min of Andorra and la Cerdanya.
