The location is fantastic because it is one step away from the beach and all the services and restaurants of the town. The apartment has two floors, with a small terrace on each floor. The house is very well equipped and the WIFI connection is high-speed fiber optic (300mb/s), ideal for working remotely.

Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
