It is minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished, with shower, toilet, large comfortable sofa bed, ample storage space and a large terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used at an additional cost. (up to 6-8 people) On the farm there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open on Friday afternoon. The bright and friendly first floor apartment is located in a three-family house. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, combined kitchen/living room, living room and terrace with access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen-living room has a 4-burner ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, built-in fridge and microwave as well as direct access to the garden. Well-equipped apartment in the countryside

Our rooms are on the ground floor. It is newly renovated and brightly equipped. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a small desk. There is also space for a travel cot, which must be requested at the time of booking. The existing bathroom has also been completely modernized. For small appetites and the next morning there is a fully equipped kitchen. (fridge, coffee machine, oven, induction hob)

The cozy newly renovated apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house. From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.

We rent the annex on our farm. We live here with our two children and have 2 wool pigs in Freilandhaltung, 9 sheep, chickens and ducks. On our Aeral there is a beautiful creek, where you can make great creek walks through the forest. There is a swimming lake about 600 m away. After Altötting it is 5 minutes, to Munich 45 minutes and to the mountains about 1 hour by car.
