The Zirben Chalet is located south of Landshut in the municipality of Kumhausen (8 minutes to the old town of Landshut, city bus connection available) surrounded by forest, field and meadows. Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich–in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft, die von Wiesen, Feldern und Wäldern umgeben ist. Die lichtdurchflutete Unterkunft ist mit elektrischen Rollläden und einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Lebensmittel / Bäckerei gibt es direkt Vorort. Mit dem Bus (Linie 1 - alle 30 Min.) ist man in 20 Min. in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt von Landshut. München ist mit dem PKW innerhalb von nur 60 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Flughafen MUC sind es 40 Minuten mit dem PKW.

Flat quiet location, terrace, air-conditioned

The newly renovated approx. 30 sqm accommodation offers plenty of space for relaxed, quiet living with a stylish kitchen and dining area. Our accommodation is also very suitable due to the direct proximity to BMW Dingolfing for employees who are on a business trip and would like to have a little more space than just a hotel room for themselves. The spacious and wind-protected balcony invites you to a cozy end of the day.

Quiet location on the farm that is in operation. At harvest times, it can get a bit louder due to operated equipment. We have a free-range farm dog and a cat. The nearest village with a discount store, gas station, restaurant and playground is 3 km away. Landshut (cinema, restaurant and beautiful old town) is 15 km away. The balcony, seating and outdoor seating are at your disposal.

Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.
