This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

The beautiful apartment offers on approx. 45 square meters a living room with TV and fitted kitchen with electrical appliances fully equipped and dining table as well as bathroom, terrace and bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180 × 200). Bath towels, hand towels and linens are included in the price. The apartment has a separate entrance. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. S-Bahn (Türkenfeld) 5 km away. Munich is about 25-30 minutes away by car.

Small (about 25 sqm) basement apartment with private access and terrace (shared), ideal as a craftsman's apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom with window has a large shower. The single bed can be changed into a double bed and is therefore also suitable for two people.
