The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

The idyllically located property is on the 1st floor of a detached country house, surrounded by meadows and fields. It is suitable for families and couples who seek peace and quiet in nature while still appreciate a quick connection to the city. The S-Bahn (suburban train) station to Munich is a 3-minute walk. Munich Central Station can be reached in 55 minutes by S-Bahn line 2 Guests have a parking space in front of the house, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 square meters) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, use the large garden. By bus and transfer to the train (journeys from 7 am - 10 pm), you can reach Munich Central Station in approx. 60 minutes. The bus leaves every hour on weekdays and every two hours on weekends and public holidays.

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
