The single-family house is located in Unterweiler, on the outskirts of Ulm, and is about a 10-minute drive from Ulm’s city center. There is also good connection to Ulm by city buses as well as great cycling paths. Long-term rental possible. You will have the entire house at your disposal, including the terrace and garden. The house features three bedrooms for up to six people. The kitchen has been newly renovated, while the rest of the house has retained its original charm.

The apartment is fully equipped, has a high-quality fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and spacious refrigerator with freezer drawers. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
