In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with dining area and living room in one, as well as a wood-burning stove for the cool evenings. There are two lovely, enclosed terraces: with sun all day, dining areas, sun loungers and parasols - perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a book in the shade or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Well-equipped, modern and lovely cottage. Close to the fjord with good opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Cozy summerhouse only 7 min walk from the beach

Super lækkert og hyggeligt sommerhus med lukket have og kig til vandet fra en dejlig træterrasse med dejlige møbler, så I rigtig kan slappe af og bare nyde det. Der er ligeledes et anneks med eget køkken og bad. Der er kun 5-10 min gang til butikker, bager, ishus, caféer, fiskerestauranter, pizzarier og den dejlige sandstrand. Huset har brændeovn, air-condition og god wifi. Ligeledes er der et orangeri, hvor man kan sidde, når aftnerne bliver lidt kølige.

It is a 10-minute drive to the highway, where you can reach Copenhagen to the north and Rødby harbor to the south in an hour.
