Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Modern apartment 55 m² - complete and very nicely decorated. Parking is available right in front of the house. Close to shopping. The tram station is within walking distance (in Linz in 20 minutes). Perfect for 2 people (bedroom - 1 double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm). Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and TV available.
