Could be earlier depending on the weather. Also the City of Kawartha Lakes has a NO BONFIRE ban during April each year. So please do not do a BONFIRE.

High speed internet, live Tv including sports channel .Open concept - kitchen, dining and living room. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Three bedrooms are on the main floor and two full bathrooms. Walkout basement with an office and a rec room. NO PARTY!
