Is in a very good location right on the Swiss border, 2 minutes on foot to the drinks market, ALDI 4 minutes, Pizzeria Engel and Thai/Chinese restaurant 2 minutes and the thermal baths in Bad Zurzach are about 10 minutes away. The apartment has a balcony almost directly over the Rhine. The apartment is very bright, friendly and clean. Shops can be reached on foot in 5 min.

Simple and centrally-located. Cozy basement studio. The building is located in front of the Kurpark and close to the thermal spa, you will find a good mix of nature and city feeling. 5 minutes by foot from the train station (Direct trains to Zürich arriving only in 16 minutes) Grocery stores and shopping? Only 200 meters away!

A private pond is bordered by tall grasses, with its calm water reflecting the nearby ecosystem. The modern building stands in the background, offering a tranquil view and a natural atmosphere.
