The flat is fully equipped with air conditioning, wi fi, swimming pool, terrace, smart TV, hair dryer, coffee machine, boiler, washing and dry machine and dishwasher. It's surrounded by supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Yumbo, center, is very close... You can reach us easily by bus or by car.

Complex with common pool and elevator. Nearby there is a Shopping Center with supermarkets and shops. Parking on the public road. The nearby beaches (Amadores, Puerto Rico) are located about 5 minutes with taxi transport and 20-25 minutes walking (taxi rank very close).
